Wes has more than 17 year's strategic and operational management in Australia and the US. In addition to senior management roles, Wes is a specialist in the establishment of new enterprises as well as enhancing the performance of existing businesses. He established Avanti Group International in 2000 and has since established the other divisions of the Lorica Group. He is a Director of several companies including PIVoD Group Ltd, PIVoD Technologies LLC and Didasko Ltd.
